Ordering & Basis of Sale To order simply select a product and click 'Add to Basin'. When you have finished shopping simply go to the checkout where your order will be processed. We take payment at the time of the order and not necessarily at the time of despatch. We do not despatch goods on Saturday or Sunday or Public Bank Holidays. By placing an order via the website you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Payment & Prices Payment for goods is made online with a credit or debit card or via paypal. All our prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. Shipping & Delivery Our standard UK shipping charges are as follows: packages up to 4 kg - £4.95; packages from 4 kg to 6 kg - £6.95; packages over 6kg - £8.95. Goods are usually despatched the same working day on orders placed before 11am. Goods are not despatched on Saturdays or Sundays. Items delivered using the Standard Royal Mail delivery service should normally arrive within 3 working days of order confirmation but could take up to 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any delay in delivery. Returns All our goods are checked thoroughly before despatch. However, in the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, simply email us within 24 hours of receiving your goods and we shall be happy to replace the faulty goods. You will be required to return the faulty goods in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the faulty goods we shall provide a replacement or alternatively provide a refund. Product Description, Safety & Trademarks Product Description Some weights given are approximate particularly in the case of the handmade soaps. These soaps can reduce in weight as the water content in the soap evaporates. This is a natural process and is not detrimental to the product. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, colours may vary. Please note that all handmade soaps can be slightly irregular in shape and vary in colour. Product Safety If you have, or suspect you have sensitive skin, it is recommended that you do a skin patch test before using any product on your skin. A patch test is simple. Apply a small dab to the inside of your wrist or elbow and leave on for as long as 24 hours. If any redness or tenderness occurs, you may have an allergy and you should avoid any product or products that contain the same ingredients. If you have an allergic reation, discontinue use and thoroughly wash the area with fresh water. If you develop an allergic reaction, seek medical advice immediately.
